These seniors are Diocesan Scholars for 2012-2013 and are currently attending Gwynedd-Mercy College, receiving college credits. (Standing) Austin Bauersmith (St. Alphonsus), Peter Danielson (St. Agnes), Cole Sagan (St. Isidore), Andrew Finkelston (St. Isidore), Stephen Snider (St. Isidore), Brendan Carty (St. John the Baptist), Ryan Smith (St. Eleanor).
This prestigious program is offered only to seniors enrolled in Catholic high schools who have demonstrated maturity of character, academic excellence, and leadership potential. Students who are chosen to be part of the Diocesan Scholars Program are ranked among the top thirty students at the first semester of their junior year.
Students will be taking two courses each semester at Gwynedd-Mercy College. Through the generosity of these Catholic colleges, there is no additional tuition fee for the Diocesan Scholars Program.
