We welcome Mrs. Haiying Liu, our new Mandarin Chinese teacher to the World Languages Department. Mrs. Liu will be teaching two periods in the morning at Bishop Shanahan High School and two periods in the afternoon at LC. We were selected to host a native Mandarin-speaking teacher from China for the 2012-13 school year as part of the Chinese Guest Teacher Program, a collaboration of the College Board and China's Hanban/Confucius Institute Headquarters.
