Mary Colleen Romendio '11 was chosen as the recipient of the Student Life Sophomore Leadership Award for 2013 by the Student Life Dept at DeSales University.  This award is given to a sophomore who has exemplified outstanding leadership through academics, extracurricular activities and leadership and who has served as a positive role model for others during his/her sophomore year.

Andrew Mandato '11 (University of Chicago '15) was recently awarded recognition to the 2012 UAA All Academic Team for Fall sports.  Recognition is offered to student-athletes who have completed at least one full year of college study while carrying a minimum cumulative grade point average of 3.30.  The University of Chicago is one of the top competitive academic universities in the country.  It was ranked 4th in the 2012 US & World News Rankings of National University Rankings.  Andrew also made the Dean's List this past marking period.
