Dear Athletes, Parents and Guardians:

To be cleared to participate with an LC Athletics team, a student-athlete and their parent/guardian must go through the LC Athletic's registration/clearance process. This process will collect all necessary PIAA forms and medical/ emergency contact information.  LC Athletics utilizes the FamilyID online registration platform to facilitate this process and does not accept any hard copy versions of this information.  The FamilyID window for 2023 Fall Student Athlete registration is now open.  If you have trouble registering, please contact FamilyID directly at 781.205.2800 or email [email protected]  

Listed below is a step-by-step process families can follow to ensure their athletes are cleared to participate this upcoming fall sports season.  The PIAA CIPPE (Physical Form) is linked at the top of this page. 

Lansdale Catholic utilizes the FamilyID platform to facilitate this process. FamilyID will open on June 1, 2023.

FAMILY ID REGISTRATION PROCESS: 
  1. To find your program, click on FamilyID and select Register Now.
  2. If this is your first time using FamilyID, click Create Account. Continue to step 3. If you already have a FamilyID account, click Log In, and continue with the registration, step 6.
  3. Create your secure FamilyID account by entering the account owner First and Last names (parent/guardian), E-mail address and password. Select I Agree to the FamilyID Terms of Service. Click Create Account.
  4. You will receive an email with a link to activate your new account.  If you don’t see the email, check your E-mail filters (spam, junk, etc.).
  5. Click on the link in your activation E-mail to log you into FamilyID.com.
  6. Once in the registration form, complete the information requested. All fields with a red asterisk* are required to have an answer. For those participating in their first sport of the school year, upload Section 6 (PIAA CIPPE form, linked at the top of this page) by clicking on the "choose file box" directly under participant information.  For subsequent sports (i.e. winter and spring seasons following participation in a fall sport in the 2023-2024 school year) for the same student-athletes, parents should complete and upload Section 7 of the PIAA CIPPE form.
  7. Click the Continue button when your form is complete.
  8. Review your registration summary.
  9. The Athletic Office will review the registration for final approval. 
The above steps MUST BE completed for a student to try out for or practice with any team at Lansdale Catholic High School.
