Cafeteria:

We will be selling food in the cafeteria. In the past our food chair contacted the ARMARK person for access (limited) use of the cafeteria line. We need the gates lifted in the cafeteria but we don’t use any of their equipment. Just the counter to set up our things.  Half of the cafeteria we will use for food and the other half for our shirt sales and raffle baskets. We will bring 5-7 long tables to the cafeteria for those items. 


Classrooms:

Last year you gave me a floor plan with classrooms that we were allowed to use. That was very helpful. Can you please give me a list of room numbers again this year? 


Gym:

Set up Friday after 6pm. Saturday until 4:30pm. We will need all of the basketball hoops put up and bleachers out on Friday night. I know the far one does not go up.


Resource Center:

We need access to set up on Friday after 6 and Saturday until 4:30. Please let me know what rooms we cannot use due to robotics. 


Custodian: 

We will be in need of a custodian throughout the day. To help with bathroom refills and overall maintenance throughout the day. We are able to pay additional costs for this support staff. We work hard as a group to make sure that we are cleaning before and after our event. We make sure every classroom is picked up and all trash is collected. The use of walkies helped everything run very smoothly. 


Access: 

We will need an elevator key for wheelchair access.
