Dear LC Families,
We are excited about the progress of our summer campus improvements, and we expect that the gymnasium renovations will be complete during the opening week of school.
We do not yet have clarity about which day we will be able to use the gym before the first full weekend in September, and we now plan to host our first-day-of-school class meetings in the cafeteria. To allow for that schedule, we are changing the timeline for the opening week of school.
The new schedule is as follows:
- Wednesday, September 4: Grade 9 only
- Thursday, September 5: Grades 10 and 11 only
- Friday, September 6: Grade 12 only
With these changes, each class will report for only one day during the opening week, and the entire school will not report together until Monday, September 9.
