Freshman Year

Freshman Year: Transitional Services (to assist students’ adjustment to high school)

• Initial interview during the student’s first semester.
• Academic counseling is available when needed. If a student fails two or more subjects, a counselor will meet with the student.
• Personal/social counseling is available when needed (initiated by the student or by a referral made by a teacher, a staff person, a parent or another student).
